Services

Small Group Training

Train 2, 3 or 4 days a week in a group no bigger than a 1:5 coach to client ratio. Every client goes through a consultation to go over training/injury history and goal setting. From there you get a custom strength training program and hands on coaching every workout. Click here to contact me about training!

Remote Coaching

Can’t train in person? No problem. Remote Coaching is as close to the real thing as we can get. You will have a Zoom Video consultation to go over training/injury history and goal setting. You will get a custom program delivered via Google Sheets with weekly check ins and monthly reviews to ensure you are working toward your goals. Click here to contact me about training!

1:1 Training

Intro to Barbell Training

The Intro to Barbell Training session is a 2 hour introduction that teaches you all the basics of resistance training and how to safely perform the major barbell lifts. Trainees will be coached in real time in the Squat, Press, Bench Press and Deadlift. Click here to contact me about training!
